Job Creation Initiatives

CAFODIA’s Job Creation Initiatives empower communities through training, business support, and employment opportunities that foster long-term economic growth.

Vocational Training

We equip youth and adults with job-ready skills through vocational training programs in various trades.

Small Business Support

CAFODIA helps aspiring entrepreneurs with business mentorship, micro-grants, and startup guidance.

Employment Opportunities

We connect job seekers with local employers and create job placement programs for sustainable livelihoods.

Job Creation Subcommittee

The Job Creation Subcommittee empowers students and their families to achieve educational success and financial stability through self-reliance, skill development, and community support. We believe that strong families create strong students — and strong students build stronger communities.

Our program provides resources, training, and opportunities for students and their families to develop sustainable income sources while pursuing education. Through workshops, mentorship, small-business initiatives, and family-based projects, participants learn practical skills in budgeting, entrepreneurship, and community service.

Whether you’re a student balancing academics and family responsibilities, or a parent seeking ways to support your child’s education, the subcommittee helps you grow together — academically, financially, and personally.

Our Focus Areas

  • Family entrepreneurship and income-generating projects
  • Financial literacy and self-reliance training
  • Educational support and mentorship
  • Community engagement and collaboration

Our Vision

To create a future where every student family thrives through education, empowerment, and economic independence.
